Wendy began dancing at the age of fourteen. Although this was considered late to begin learning Highland Dancing, she was determined to learn everything she could in a short period of time. She competed for many years at Highland Games and Winter Competitions. She received her Associates in the Highland Division of the B.A.T.D. in 1982
Wendy began dancing at the age of fourteen. Although this was considered late to begin learning Highland Dancing, she was determined to learn everything she could in a short period of time. She competed for many years at Highland Games and Winter Competitions. She received her Associates in the Highland Division of the B.A.T.D. in 1982. In 1986, she received her Members certificate with the B.A.T.D. She has been coaching the art of Highland Dancing ever since. Wendy is very proud and excited to welcome new and returning students to Simply Highland Dance School.
